Alamo Gallery & Gifts has been referred to as Socorro’s shopping mall. It is because of the variety of art and gifts that are presented by over 40 local artists. To complement the home there are fine paintings in water color, oils, pastels, pen & ink, lithography; stunning photography; wooden furniture & accessories; glass and ceramic dishes and bowls; and much more. There is a variety of jewelry, scarves, tie dye, rocks, toys, and collectibles. We, also, have artists who offer photo restoration, flowers for the occasions in life, and fudge. The gallery is located at 1008 N California, just south of Socorro Springs. The hours are 12 to 6 PM on Tuesday through Friday and 12 to 4 PM on Saturday. The phone is 575-835-ARTS (2787).
